Villa “Liepa” is located in the heart of Birštonas, near J. Basanavičiaus Central Square. You will need only a couple of minutes of walking to reach the river Nemunas bank, the church of Birštonas, different sanatoria (“Tulpės”, “Versmės”, “Eglės”) and a bus station.
Villa “Liepa” traces its history back to the beginning of the XX century. It has been recently renovated and now, up to 14 guests may be welcomed in its 5 cosy rooms. Here, old-house architectural elements are combined with modern classics elements. This specificity is created by a unique colour palette and interior details that differ in every room.
All our guests are welcome to use a modern and fully-equipped kitchen-dining area. It is an excellent choice for family celebrations or for a small business party. There you will find everything you need for your party: all kind of dishes, cutlery and pots, a dishwasher, an oven, a gas hob, a large refrigerator and a wide expandable table around which up to 14 people can sit.
In each room, there are bed sheets and towels, free Wi-Fi, a cable TV, an iron, a hairdryer, an adjustable heating, WC and bathroom with shower and toiletries.

Wonderfully spent a couple weekend. The light and cozy interior creates a home atmosphere.Nice communication, clean room, great location in the center of Birštonas. We would come back next time because it's a great place to rest and get inspired and Birštonas does not stop surprising every year by offering more and more entertainment to its visitors. The price is not high, so we can imagine also our longer holiday here. Happy and with smiles too. We will go back!

Very cozy, clean house, beautisuk interior. With some friends we celebrated New Year and it was very great to come together in the spacious dinning room. Location is also very comfortable - only few minutes from city centre. Great place to spend time with friends!
